Data Sourcing LLC
Effective Date: September 11, 2026
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Data Sourcing LLC ("Data Sourcing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, sells or shares where applicable, retains, and protects personal information when you visit a website or landing page that links to this Policy, submit a form, respond to an advertisement, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.
This Policy applies to our websites, campaign-specific landing pages, online forms, advertising and marketing activities, lead-generation and referral services, and related communications. A campaign, form, or consent disclosure may provide additional information. If an additional notice conflicts with this Policy for a particular interaction, the more specific notice controls for that interaction.
By using our websites or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This acknowledgment is not consent where applicable law requires separate consent.
Notices at Collection and Campaign-Specific Notices
The form, landing page, or campaign through which information is collected may provide a notice at collection describing the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for collection and use, applicable retention criteria, whether information may be sold or shared, the businesses authorized to receive the information, and available privacy choices. Campaign-specific privacy, consent, eligibility, or regulatory disclosures supplement this Policy and control for the relevant interaction if they provide more specific terms.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Depending on the campaign or service, you may provide information when you request a quote, consultation, product, service, or additional information; complete a form; participate in a promotion or survey; communicate with us; or ask us to connect you with another business.
- Identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, IP address, and online identifiers.
- Demographic and household information, such as age or date of birth, household composition, language, or other eligibility information, where applicable.
- Commercial and interest information, such as products or services requested, considered, or purchased.
- Campaign-specific information, which may include insurance, financial or loan, health or Medicare interest, legal-services, home-services, telecommunications, travel, employment, or education-related information.
- Communication preferences, consent records, message content, call recordings or transcripts where permitted, and information provided to our representatives.
- Other information you voluntarily provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with our websites, advertisements, or communications, we and our providers may automatically collect:
- IP address; browser, device, and operating-system information.
- Referring URLs, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, clicks, form interactions, and session information.
- Approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and other online identifiers.
- Campaign, attribution, call-tracking, lead-delivery, conversion, fraud-prevention, and quality-assurance information.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from publishers, affiliates, advertising platforms, lead exchanges, lead aggregators, lead buyers or clients, data providers, verification or enrichment providers, service providers, publicly available sources where lawfully used, and other business partners. We may combine this information with information collected directly or automatically, as permitted by law.
2. How We Use Personal Information
- Process and respond to requests, inquiries, forms, and transactions.
- Identify products or services that may be relevant and connect consumers with businesses or service providers.
- Generate, validate, route, deliver, manage, and report on leads.
- Facilitate calls, texts, emails, or other communications relating to a request.
- Operate, personalize, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our websites, technology, and services.
- Manage advertising and marketing campaigns; measure traffic, attribution, performance, and conversions.
- Verify information, detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions, prevent abuse, and conduct quality assurance.
- Create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information where permitted by law.
- Comply with law, regulatory obligations, contracts, and industry requirements; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Support audits, corporate transactions, restructuring, and other legitimate business operations.
- Carry out other purposes disclosed at or before collection or with your direction or consent.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, depending on the campaign and your request:
- Lead buyers, lead recipients, advertisers, marketing partners, and businesses that may provide the requested or related product, quote, information, or service.
- Service providers and contractors that support hosting, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, communications, call tracking, telecommunications, data validation, enrichment, fraud prevention, security, payment processing, and professional services.
- Affiliated properties or businesses within our network, when consistent with the notice presented at collection and applicable law.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or services.
- Parties to a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as disclosed at the time of collection.
Recipient categories may include businesses offering insurance, finance, lending, Medicare or other health-related services, travel, telecommunications, home services, legal services, education, energy, or other products and services identified in the applicable campaign. A current business-partner disclosure may be available at https://privacy.ds-terms.com/us/partners or in the form or consent language presented when information is collected.
Some disclosures may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Applicable opt-out rights are described below.
4. Lead Generation and Referral Services
We operate advertising, lead-generation, referral, and performance-marketing services. When you submit information through one of our websites, landing pages, advertisements, forms, or communications, we may evaluate and route the information to one or more businesses that can respond to your request or that are identified in the applicable campaign disclosure.
The recipient may contact you directly and will process information under its own privacy notice. We do not control the independent privacy practices, eligibility decisions, prices, products, services, representations, or communications of unaffiliated recipients. Review the recipient’s privacy policy before providing additional information.
Unless expressly stated, Data Sourcing is not the provider, insurer, lender, law firm, educational institution, healthcare provider, or seller of the underlying third-party product or service. Submission of a form does not guarantee eligibility, approval, coverage, enrollment, pricing, or availability.
No Guarantee or Endorsement
Data Sourcing does not guarantee that a consumer will qualify for, be approved for, receive, or obtain any particular product, service, quote, rate, benefit, subsidy, enrollment, coverage, or result. References to third-party products, services, or providers do not constitute an endorsement unless expressly stated.
Lead Provenance and Consent Records
We may retain records concerning the source, collection, validation, routing, and delivery of a lead, including the landing page and advertisement, consent language displayed, date and time, IP address, form data, publisher or affiliate identifier, campaign identifier, recipient information, call-tracking information, and associated consent or
verification certificates. We use these records for compliance, quality assurance, fraud prevention, attribution, campaign reconciliation, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.
Publishers and Affiliates
We may receive personal information and consent records from publishers, affiliates, advertising platforms, and other marketing sources. We may review or audit advertisements, traffic sources, landing pages, forms, consent disclosures, campaign records, and delivery practices to assess compliance with our requirements and applicable law. Publishers and affiliates are expected to use approved and non-deceptive materials and to follow applicable privacy and marketing requirements.
Accuracy and Authority to Submit Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for submitting information only for yourself or another person when you have legal authority to do so. You should not submit another person’s telephone number, email address, or other personal information without authorization.
Financial and Credit-Related Campaigns
Certain financial or lending campaigns may request information relevant to eligibility or matching. Data Sourcing does not obtain a consumer report or authorize a third party to obtain one unless the applicable interaction provides any notice and authorization required by law. A lead recipient may apply its own underwriting, eligibility, identity-verification, or credit-review procedures under its own terms and privacy notice.
Downstream Use and Redistribution
Recipients may use personal information only as permitted by applicable law, the disclosure presented to the consumer, and their agreements with us. Where our agreements restrict resale or redistribution, recipients may not resell or redistribute a lead to unrelated third parties in violation of those restrictions. If a campaign permits additional recipients or downstream distribution, that practice should be disclosed at or before collection as required by law.
5. Calls, Text Messages, and Email
If you provide contact information, we or the businesses identified in the applicable disclosure may communicate with you about your request. Marketing calls or text messages, including those using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, or other automated technology, will be made only when supported by the consent or other lawful basis required for that communication.
Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing a product or service unless the applicable disclosure expressly and lawfully states otherwise. The campaign-specific consent language shown next to the submission mechanism governs the scope of any consent, including the named callers or texters and the subject matter of communications.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may revoke consent or opt out using a reasonable method. For text messages, reply STOP where supported; for email, use the unsubscribe link; for calls, tell the caller that you do not wish to receive further calls. You may also email [email protected]. A confirmation or non-marketing message may be sent to process an opt-out. Opting out of one sender does not necessarily opt you out from other independent businesses; contact each sender directly.
Call Monitoring Recording and Transcription
Calls may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for quality assurance, compliance, training, fraud prevention, service improvement, and dispute resolution, where permitted by law. When required, notice or consent will be provided before recording. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries may be shared with the business on whose behalf the call is handled and with contracted providers that support communications, quality assurance, transcription, or customer relationship management.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, SDKs, local storage, analytics tools, session-replay technologies, and similar technologies to operate websites, remember preferences, understand usage, attribute leads and conversions, prevent fraud, measure advertising, and provide or assess relevant advertising. Session-replay or interaction analytics may capture clicks, scrolling, navigation, device information, and interactions with page elements. We seek to configure these tools to limit collection from sensitive form fields where reasonably possible.
You can adjust browser settings to limit certain cookies. Where required, we provide consent or privacy controls. Blocking technologies may affect site functionality. Browser controls do not necessarily communicate a legal opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; use the methods in Section 9 as applicable.
Do Not Track and Universal Opt-Out Signals
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting, but there is no uniform standard for interpreting every such signal, and our websites may not respond to general Do Not Track signals. Where required by applicable law, we recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities as described in Section 9.
7. Categories of Personal Information and Disclosures
The table below summarizes categories of personal information we may collect and disclose. Actual collection depends on the campaign, form, and interaction. The examples are illustrative and do not mean we collect every listed item from every consumer.

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Depending on the campaign and applicable law, disclosures of identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, professional or education information, inferences, or campaign-specific information to lead recipients or advertising and marketing partners may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law without providing any legally required notice, choice, or consent.
We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for personal information unless we first provide any notice required by law.
9. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, applicable thresholds and exemptions, and the nature of our processing, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and access or know information about our collection, use, disclosure, sale, or sharing.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Obtain certain information in a portable format.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and processing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Opt out of certain profiling or automated processing used for legally or similarly significant decisions, where applicable.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, or withdraw consent to sensitive-data processing, where applicable.
- Appeal a decision on a privacy request, where applicable.
- Exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
How to Submit a Request
Email [email protected] and state whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising, limitation of sensitive-information processing, appeal, or another applicable right. You may also write to: Data Sourcing LLC, 1680 Michigan Ave, Suite 722, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States, or use the contact page identified in Section 19. Please provide enough information for us to understand and respond to the request. If we establish a dedicated privacy-choice form or page, we may also make it available through our websites.
We may verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we maintain and may request additional information when reasonably necessary. We will use verification information only for verification, fraud prevention, and compliance. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will explain any permitted extension or denial. If an appeal right applies, our response will explain how to appeal.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require signed permission or other proof of authority and may verify your identity directly, unless the agent holds a qualifying power of attorney.
Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where required by applicable law, we process recognized browser-based universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. Because these signals are browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable the signal on each browser and device. If we can reasonably associate the signal with a known consumer profile, we will apply it as required by law.
10. Additional Information for California Residents
This section supplements the rest of the Policy for California residents and uses terms defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA). Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may exercise the rights described in Section 9, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 7 from the sources described in Sections 1 and 6; used them for the purposes described in Sections 2, 4, 5, and 6; and disclosed them to the recipient categories described in Sections 3 and 7. The categories that may have been sold or shared are described in Section 8. We retain each category according to Section 12 rather than for a single fixed period.
For California direct-marketing disclosure requests under Civil Code Section 1798.83, contact [email protected]. California residents who need this Policy in an alternative format may contact us using the same email address.
Data Broker Requirements
If Data Sourcing is required to register as a data broker or participate in a state deletion or opt-out mechanism, we will maintain the applicable registration and process qualifying requests as required by law. Any registration details or additional request method required to be published will be made available through this Policy or an associated privacy-choice page.
11. Sensitive and Consumer Health Information
Some campaign-specific information may be considered sensitive personal information or consumer health data under applicable law. We collect and process such information only when relevant to a request, disclosed in the applicable form or notice, and permitted by law. Where a law requires a separate consumer health data privacy policy, authorization, or consent, the applicable campaign will provide that notice or obtain that consent. We do not use this general Policy as a substitute for a legally required health-data authorization.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated tools to assist with lead validation, duplicate detection, fraud prevention, campaign optimization, customer communications, call transcription and summarization, quality assurance, analytics, lead scoring, and routing consumers to potentially relevant businesses. These tools may analyze information supplied by consumers, campaign and interaction data, call or message content where permitted, and information received from service providers.
Unless otherwise disclosed, these tools support business operations and are not intended to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards. If we use automated processing for a
decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects and applicable law provides a right to opt out, obtain information, appeal, or request human review, we will provide the applicable choice or process.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including lead fulfillment, campaign reconciliation, consent and compliance records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, legal claims, and legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary by data category, campaign, relationship, sensitivity, and applicable law. We delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.
Retention Categories
Our retention decisions address submitted and rejected leads; consent evidence and page or disclosure records; call recordings, transcripts, and summaries; email, text, and other communications; suppression and do-not-call records; buyer-delivery and campaign-reconciliation logs; cookies, advertising identifiers, and analytics records; fraud and security records; and legal or contractual records. We may retain suppression information longer than ordinary marketing records when reasonably necessary to prevent renewed contact and honor an opt-out.
14. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our general-audience websites and lead-generation services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information inappropriately, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our websites may link to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. This Policy does not apply to information processed independently by a third party after it receives information or when you interact directly with it. Review the third party’s privacy notice.
17. International Visitors and Transfers
Our operations and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. If you access our services from outside the United States, personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and provide additional notices or choices.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Policy and update the "Last Updated" date. If required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
